Hidden In Plain View

End Times Series Part 10

The 1817 prophesies described in the bible are not always sequential due to different terminology and images that are often employed to describe the same person or related event. In establishing the importance of the Rapture even the most renowned ‘eschatological’ (“end times”) scholars, readers, observers and interpreters may disagree as to ‘last days’ events and their timings.
 
Our focus has not been on different time beliefs or who is ‘correct’ about a particular event or series of events. My goal has been to try and share cogent details in order that events and their consequence(s) won’t be missed but will be recognized and realized as part of history’s finality.
 
Let me share one of the most valuable insights of this entire series. If you are still alive at the midpoint of the Tribulation seven-year period, whatever else you do, do not, I repeat do not take the ‘Mark of the Beast.’ Better to turn to God and give up your mortal existence than abandon your opportunity for eternal life.
 
Those who take the Antichrist’s “mark” are condemning themselves to eternal damnation along with him. As their god, Satan will be exhibited and extolled by their acceptance of this ‘mark.’ The Lord God in His infinite glory and wisdom never condemns. He allows each of us ‘free will’ to make the choice for ourselves; will I take the “Mark of the Beast” or not?
 
The strength to resist any and all coming last days calamities and chaos is to ‘be right’ with God, today. God’s love (for each of us) rooted in compassion (for each of us) imbued with mercy (for each of us) and manifested as grace through His Holy Spirit abiding within (each of us) who accept and invite Him to reignite a spark of connection through our ‘born again’ spirit.
 
God’s unconditional love for His moral and ethical obedient children is unmatched in its intensity, desire and blessing. His declared choice is to ‘lose none, no not one’ (John 6:39). He offers each of us opportunities to see, understand and follow truth when we embrace His love as Father, His brotherhood as Jesus and as counselor and guide through His Spirit.
 
His concern for each of us is so great that He is always ready to accept and take us into His fold. His compassion and mercy are beyond imagination and are offered continuously that we might turn to Him. However, He has declared that even He has a ‘line drawn in the sand.’
 
We are given opportunities to choose love and truth through Him repeatedly, up to and including the moment of our last breath. By accepting and declaring fidelity to His Word, his role and purpose as our savior from sin’s sting of death and eternal separation from God is completed. We can look forward to embracing eternal life with Him and our saved / redeemed loved ones.
 
I implore you to take the steps necessary to believe and understand, not only for yourself but as importantly for your children and/or grandchildren. The absolute worst thing I can think of is to have ignored an opportunity to save your child’s or grandchild’s eternal soul and spiritual existence by disregarding out of hand or by some misguided or spurious reason, God’s loving gift of eternal life.
 
The “when” of these “end of days” events are paramount to many watchers and interpreters of the ‘end times’ but not for us. Suffice it to say these events will occur as foretold in bible prophesy. Their timing is less of an issue than realizing they will indeed happen and knowing what to expect as a result of their ignition and consequences.
 
Knowledge about the ‘End Times’ is about being prepared and how to cope with or better yet, how to avoid devastating consequential outcomes. Should you turn from God’s offer of redemptive salvation, the efforts required to live through the coming ‘last days’ will not only be terrifying but mentally and physically challenging beyond understanding or imagination.
 
Why would you even risk or contemplate foregoing God’s love, grace, mercy and forgiveness?
To pridefully condemn yourself (and possibly members of your family) steeped in ignorant rejection makes no sense. But it’s your decision and always will be. All I ask is that you consider truth.
