Timing is key.
If you read Part 4 of this series, it ends on a somber and dour note. Yes, there’s doubt, unknowns and challenges in our collective futures, however life will go on and recovery will be accomplished. Much of life will return to a semblance of ‘normalcy.’ Many will adapt and others will succeed. Many will need to readjust their thinking, values and attitudes in order to reestablish a new normal for themselves in concert with others.
 
Our efforts here are not to ‘figure it out.’ We are sharing a spiritual path to help strengthen readers to the truth of our reality and its consequences, as prophesied scripture foretells. Our global future will be tenuous for months on end, particularly for struggling countries and nations with inept leaders.
 
Daily life presents stress, struggle and conflict which must be recognized, dealt with or ignored. Challenges to the new normal we each face will require fortitude and adaptability. The consequential fallout of our choices will test who we are and what we believe. In these times and situations, it’s incumbent to establish a spiritual grounding rooted in the essence of truth.
 
Whether you’re familiar with end times events and their consequences or not, almost everyone has heard the term “Antichrist” and are aware of the person to whom this title refers. What you may not know is the Antichrist doesn’t arrive on the world stage as Satan or one of his fallen angels or as a demonic presence.
 
The man who will become the Antichrist enters our global end times fray as a “savior.” Out of the terrible turmoil, death and destruction people will experience from discontent and discord, one with worldly skills and contacts will convince many, he is the only one capable of ending our global ills.
 
We can expect short sighted political missteps combined with fallout from nature’s disasters to befall people in countries around the world. Economic hardships and collapse, social upheaval, political strife and infighting, destructive weather anomalies, warring factions internally and with foreign adversaries to name but a few. The question is, how bad must it get before the world is primed for this savior?
 
Deceit, deception, lies and falsehoods will be the new normal. People won’t be sure who or what to believe. Life will become increasingly difficult for many. The stress and strain on world’s leaders will be tested beyond their capabilities. Love will grow cold. Hate will dig in its heels as those who delight in an undertone of anarchy spreads like a new virus.
 
The consequential decisions and efforts to reestablish control over people using ‘old guard’ dynamics will gradually be lost as many enter a state of personal and collective doubt. Not trusting or believing who or what they encounter, many will become further disillusioned, angry and frustrated. Their clamor for a ‘savior’ will reach fever pitch as the world’s populations start to demand ‘peace and safety.’
 
Into this breach of insecurity and questioning doubt will step a new leader for the world, who will garner support among mankind, led by the global money and power elite. He will be promoted by politicians and religion as the one person able to solve the world’s growing detrimental troubles.
 
When will he emerge? No one knows for sure, but we do know from prophesy that the world will be in such a state of turmoil and the demand for corrective action so great, people willingly accede a lost sight of truth for a ‘promised end’ to the chaotic turmoil they are enduring.
 
One question has always been, “How will the Antichrist be able to impose his egregious ways and total control over the entire world?” If we look at some of the tools, items and means coming into current everyday use as part of our societal responses you’ll notice individual body temperatures are taken with scanning devises against one’s forehead or wrist to test for the Covid-19 virus.
 
Virus testing can also use swab samples to indicate evidence of infection. These samples can then be used to gather DNA for future identification. Surveillance and tracking of people and their movements by CCTV and/or GPS coordinates, smartphones and facial recognition software can now locate people around the world. Armed drones are used to assassinate the opposition’s citizens. We are moving quickly to a cashless world with chip embeds for commerce exchanges.
 
Our current and future technological advancements can be used for beneficial reasons and outcomes. However, as witnessed in the advent and growth of the Internet, new technology is also available and primed for nefarious intents and abuses as well. By the time the Antichrist steps into the spotlight, the world will be technologically readied for his intervention. He will herald a new world order under his command as its global leader.
 
The man who becomes the Antichrist at mid tribulation, initially enters the world’s arena proclaimed as its savior and peacemaker. When he brokers a ‘Peace and Security’ treaty between Israel and her enemies, the seven year ‘tribulation’ begins.
 
What are the signs and wonders that forewarn us of this brokered treaty?

It may be hard to believe but the fallout from our current pestilence (Covid-19) will be far reaching both in geography and calamity beyond what many might have thought possible. The consequences of our global unpreparedness in acknowledging and responding to this Coronavirus will wreak havoc on every nations’ population and lifestyles in both the short and long terms.
 
Our ‘new normal’ will include near and extended economic disruptions with possible collapse of different industries, fervently frustrated civil disobedience, government oppression of life and liberties, authoritarian restrictions, surveillance actions, religious group castigation, social group disruptions and family abuses in combination with isolation. There will be propagandized and politicized hypocritical blame and indifference at every level.
 
Many will be ‘on their own’ as never before. The pressures of new, different or unknown life altering choices can be lessened with spiritual strength that provides grounded perspective. A spiritual relationship reveals a powerful presence that provides a platform for us to recognize God’s ‘voice’ in his revealed truths that biblical end times prophesies warn us to be watching for.
 
I believe the world’s end times birth pains ‘labor’ moment (when the “water broke”) was the ‘2008 great recession.’ This was the first global event with worldwide repercussion in the era of the “Last Generation." The term Last Generation denotes the span of time from the rebirth of Israel as an internationally recognized nation-state (1948) up to and including Israel’s prophesied “Seventieth Week” (the seven year tribulation period). As God’s ‘timepiece’ Israel’s path to final recognition of Jesus as the Messiah started in 1948 and its reconciliation responsibility falls to the Last Generation.
 
Twelve years later we are locked down globally, experiencing the next painful contraction enveloped in the pandemic illnesses and deaths from Covid-19. Biblical prophesies foretell of coming future historical events rooted in God's purposeful planned revelation, for unbelievers around the world, to the person, nature and character of Jesus as the Christ/Messiah. The fallout consequences of End Times events are intended to be unmistakable for both believers and nonbelievers (in Christ) whose hearts are ready to heed His Last Days warnings.
 
One of the most intriguing elements of End Times prophesies is how little (or no) relevance they had for their authors. End Times prophesies were written prior to the second century and their formal canonization as 'books' in the third century (c.325, Council of Nicaea). Interested parties have had two thousand years to wonder, study and question End Times prophesies. With so many Last Days prophetic events destined to occur within the Last Generation we need to be ready for we are all part of this final generation.
 
Four significant events on Israel's path as a nation to recognition of Jesus as their Messiah, and as members of the “Last Generation” were:
1917 The Balfour Declaration (proposed establishment of a Jewish national homeland)
1948 Jewish/Israeli Statehood (internationally ratified and accomplished)
1967 Reunification of Jerusalem for the Jewish state and people (“Six Day War” victory)
1973 "Yom Kippur War" victory
Israel, as God’s "timepiece" now provides observers a straightened path leading distinctly from its 1948 rebirth, to Christ’s ‘Second Coming’ messianic return. 
 
What can we expect in the near term having endured the great recession a decade ago and now struggling to cope with and survive Covid-19? Globally in the near term we should be prepared for:
·         Economic recession morphing into economic depression in many countries
·         Extensive worldwide unemployment
·         Curfews, possibly Marshall Law
·         Civil unrest as people ignore political/law enforcement directives, pressures and
          abuses
·         Heightened mental health crisis among all ages and groups
·         Family breakdowns, harmful dysfunction and abuses
·         Surveillance by facial recognition and GPS tracking of populations
·         Political ideologue governments curtailing civil liberties
·         A rise in nationalism and armed extremism, both internal and cross borders
·         Racial and social discord
·         Financial thievery
·         Extensive corruption and fraud at all levels
·         Doubts about integrity of every election held
·         General lawlessness
·         “Strong man” rule by authoritarian, fascist, and dictatorial governments
 
Be prepared. Mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. You can do this. You can survive the stress and struggle headed our way by understanding what’s happening, but more importantly, Why?

In Matthew 24:6-8 Jesus is quoted as saying, “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of ‘birth pains’.”
 
Prior to every birth come the physical pains (or as Jesus described them, ‘sorrows’). The “pains/sorrows” allegory Jesus spoke of foretold the experience of childbirth, which his hearers and we readers can easily identify with. The tone of His warnings in the description of these sorrows give us a glimpse of the severity an unbelieving world will suffer. It’s these final birth pains that have started for this last generation and are coming evermore rapidly before our eyes.
 
Jesus declares as these birth pains escalate, their frequency and intensities become markedly more horrific and widespread across the globe. Those with ears to hear and eyes to see will not dismiss these events or their implications if they choose to recognize the direct correlations between the bible’s prophetic words of warning for present and future ‘last days’ consequences.
 
The importance of these approaching events for us is to understand and realize God’s offer of forgiveness and eternal life comes through belief in and profession that Jesus is the Christ/Messiah. For two thousand years the words, deeds and actions of Jesus have been told, retold and taught so the world’s multitudes might hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and respond affirmatively, ensuring salvation.
 
We are indeed entering the run up to the ‘new birth’ (Second Coming of Christ) and His coming “Millennial Kingdom” reign. As with all new life the period between conception and birth is most acutely acknowledged in the immediacy right before birth occurs. The process of pregnancy followed by the onset of ‘labor’ (marked by the ‘breaking of one’s water’) sets into motion the severe ‘contraction pains’ representing an escalating finality.
 
My belief is these birth pains began for mankind when Jesus ascended to heaven (after He spent forty days with his disciples and followers after his resurrection) to sit at the right hand of God, the Father. It was upon His return to God’s throne that He received ‘the deed’ (described as the “scroll” in the book of ‘Revelation’) of ownership/inheritance of the earth and its inhabitants.
 
It was then that Jesus (“the Lamb of God” and “Lion of Judah” described by John in Revelation) took the scroll from the hand of God the Father and broke open the first five seals, releasing the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse as recorded in the books of Revelation, Zachariah and Ezekiel.
 
Two questions many have about the End Times are, why? “Why are these things happening?” And, “Will it get worse?” The answer to the first is, God is giving the world’s inhabitants recognizable opportunities now to turn from abject moral and ethical disobedience by returning to Him in mind, body and spirit.
 
The simple answer to the second question is sadly, Yes. Things will get progressively more intensely undeniable and chaotic. It’s time to become cognizant of our new reality so you and your family, loved ones, and friends can be more prepared and knowledgeable.

“And this is the will of him [God the Father] who sent me, that I [Jesus] shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.” (John 6:39)
 
“For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, [Romans 10:9-10, & 17 and 1 Corinthians 15:1-4] and I will raise them up at the last day.”  (John 6:40)
 
These two statements (John 6:39 & 40) sum up the entirety of Jesus’ role and purpose as the savior of mankind’s believers in him (Jesus), as the Son [spiritual derivative] of the living God (the Father).
 
Why are these two statements so important to us today? Particularly considering our current circumstances as they relate to ‘End Times’ or “Last Days” conditions prophesied, written, recorded and explained in biblical scripture?
 
As previously discussed in my ten part series, “Hidden in Plain View” the primary goal of Jesus’ redemptive role for humanity was/is to ‘save’ or bring to eternal life in the presence of God’s Holy Trinity as many as possible who would come to believe in their hearts, fill within their spirits, and confess with their mouths that Jesus of Nazareth as the spiritual son of God the Father, is indeed the God-man; (the Christ/Messiah, God’s Spirit manifest in the flesh).
 
The statements cited above from John 6:39,40 explain that on the last day (the “Day of Judgment”) all will be raised to account for their ‘decision of belief’ in Jesus as savior, or not. Allegiance to Satan, or not. Or no belief whatsoever.
 
Prior to the Day of Judgment, God in His infinite glory and merciful unconditional love has given to us opportunities to recognize His existence in our lives and for us to decide if we will choose to become believers in Jesus.
 
Coinciding with this offer of new knowledge and acceptance, Jesus, as foretold by Old and New Testament authors and supported by His contemporary witnesses and followers, expressed details that have been shared with readers of the Gospel. One of the purposes of this series is to guide readers who wish to know more and better understand how these coming events may affect them.
 
In conjunction with my “Hidden in Plain View” series, “Out of the Shadows” is written to help dovetail for  the reader, the relationship between those foretold events and their recognition in real time while revealing response options.

Firmly believing that history as foretold in biblical prophetic scripture to be true and accurate, it’s time to build upon that foundation for fans, followers and readers. End Times events are those that (will continue to) occur at an intensity and increasing rate, affecting people worldwide with catastrophic effects beyond the response capabilities of many individuals and governments. In words from Jesus in Matthew 24, He states “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines [which often follow on the heels of contagions, i.e. Covid-19] and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.”
 
We should be aware that these ‘birth pains’ describe escalating global harm. If this sounds far fetched, overly pessimistic or alarmist, know that I’m trying to alert friends, followers and readers about prophesies regarding the “Last Days.” Whether you believe or not is up to you. Know that my posts are shared to sow seeds of new understanding concerning prophetic truths.
 
With the continued spread of Covid-19 across the globe we can anticipate countries will start further isolating themselves and their populations. These actions will resemble those of long ago ‘kingdoms’ which will only exacerbate this return to ‘kingdom against kingdom’ global geographic mentality.

We should understand that those currently in positions of power and money (the power/money elite) worldwide are concerned first and foremost about themselves, their continued opportunities for personal monetary gain and families. Their actions are not designed nor intended to be in your best interests, no matter how much propaganda they disseminate.
 
As prophesied concerning the ‘last days’ we are about to experience the world’s economic, social and political inadequate responses to be overwhelmed by inadequate preparations, affecting people worldwide.
 
Let’s begin by looking at where we are and what has happened. Please note we are talking about a conglomeration of events scattered around the globe. Each plays its part in the run up to more chaotic and widespread fallout leading to conditions warned about. The most apparent awareness since the beginning of this century has been climate change realities; devastating floods, fires, storms, hurricanes/cyclones, tornadoes and rising seas. These events will continue in frequency and intensity.
 
In addition to elements which mankind has little or no control over (other than being a primary cause i.e., weather anomalies) such events are compounded by what scripture describes as the global reach or worldwide fallout. The two largest and most far reaching recent events (affecting people worldwide) have been: The 2008 ‘great recession’ and now, the 2020 Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic.
